Sportabac.co.uk and our affiliates provide access to the Sportabac Ltd (Sportabac) website (the website). Please read these terms and conditions carefully, if you do not agree with them, do not use this website. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. By using the Sportabac.co.uk website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms.
We will endeavour to provide uninterrupted, error free access to the website, however this cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the Internet. Occasionally your access may be suspended or restricted to allow updates, upgrades or repairs, we will try to ensure that this is for the shortest time possible.
Your order:
When entering your details ensure that the information you provide us with is complete and correct and that you advise us as soon as possible should this change.
Sportabac reserves the right to edit or remove content, refuse access to the website or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you and you will be notified immediately.

Experiencing Problems?
If you are experiencing any problems when you click the 'continue with payment' button, please read the following instructions. You may find when you clicked this button, you were taken to the main page of a website called Paypal, this is our secure online payment facility.
If you can see the main page of Paypal with an empty cart it may because you have deactivated the use of 'Cookies' when viewing websites.
To check if you have Cookies activated or not please read the following procedure:
Using Internet Explorer, go to the menu at the top of the page and select TOOLS then from the drop down list select INTERNET OPTIONS.
A small box/page should pop up. At this stage you should be in the 'GENERAL' tab but please go to the PRIVACY tab.
There you should see a scroll telling you the level of Privacy you currently have.
At this point there are two ways to overcome this problem, we recommend the second but of course the choice is entirely up to you.
1. The First solution: If you set the Privacy of the scroll to BLOCK ALL COOKIES or HIGH, you will not be able to view the items in your shopping cart once you have reached the Paypal entry screen.If you set the Privacy to MEDIUM or MED-HIGH you should be able to view the sportabac.co.uk shopping cart system on Paypal.
2. The Second Solution: On the Privacy tab screen, click on the 'EDIT' button,in the page that opens type in the following for the 'Address of Website': http://www.paypal.com and then click the 'ALLOW' button. Now click OK. Now only the Paypal Cookie will be accepted allowing you full functionality.
A Cookie is not harmful to your computer, it is merely an identification card, and cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses. It is uniquely yours and can only be read by Paypal. The main purpose of the Cookie is to tell Paypal that you returned to that Web page and remembers the information you give to it. Should the problem persist or if you have any other problems that prevent you from ordering online, please phone us.
Our Contract (Order):
The information we seek from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query. When placing an order to purchase goods from Sportabac, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and the order details. A contract between you and Sportabac will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items despatched, at which point your credit/debit card will be charged.
Pricing:
All products offered for sale by Sportabac are priced in pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility.
Occasionally, despite our best endeavours products appear incorrectly priced, however we verify prices as part of our order confirmation email. If the correct price is lower than that promoted we will always charge you the lower amount and send you the product. If the correct price is higher, we will either contact you to advise you and request instructions before despatch or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.
Availability:
We try to hold stocks of all styles for active products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability.
Payment:
We accept on line payments through a secure environment by credit or debit card and transactions are shown in pounds Sterling. Do not email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way.
Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution.
Special Order Items:
All items ordered specially such as those sourced outside our usual stock, those with personalisation or custom made are non-returnable. Cancellation MUST be made within 48hrs of placing the order and this MUST be done by telephone on 01873 840004.
Returns:
If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 7 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt you will be entitled to an exchange or refund. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return, they should be well packed and clearly labelled enclosing your returns form and sent back to:

It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage as if a returned parcel becomes damaged or lost we do not compensate. You will be responsible for the cost of returning cancelled or unwanted goods.
Hygiene Regulations
Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of Footwear and Horse Clothing, it is regretted that we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974).
Customs:
Goods ordered from Sportabac for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will be levied once the parcel reaches it’s destination country. Any charges for customs must be paid by you, we have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.
Website Access:
The contents of the website may not be copied, reproduced, duplicated, sold, downloaded or distributed by any means to third parties without our express written consent. You may copy or print details for the sole purpose of using the website while connected to the Internet. You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. You must not use the website for fraudulent purposes, spamming or any unlawful activity.

Liability:
The information contained in the website is for information purposes. Sportabac is not providing ant recommendations or endorsements to any product or service promoted on the website. The material on the website does not constitute advice and you should not use the information on the website to make any decisions or take any action.
Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as do we, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Payment:
By Paypal – preferred method. Safe and secure online payments. By Credit Card or Debit Card - we accept all major debit and credit cards (except Diners Club). Your card will not be debited until your goods are despatched.
By Cheque – Please allow 10 working days for your payment to clear. Cheques should be made payable to Sportabac Ltd. By Gift Voucher – only accepted for post orders, we will require the unique voucher number and any additional payment if applicable.

Data Protection:
To help us to maintain our high customer service standards and assist with training staff, we occasionally listen to and record incoming telephone calls. Information you provide to Sportabac will be processed and used to provide products ordered, for billing and accounts, to keep records of the transaction and to send you relevant promotions.
